With our subscriptions you can recharge your vehicle wherever you are, at all charging points available on the Be Charge app, at an even cheaper price than the consumer rates we offer.

How can I activate a subscription on the app?
It's really easy.
Follow these steps:
- Open the Be Charge app and go to the Profile section.
- Select the “Consumption rate” box and choose the most suitable subscription for you.
- Select “Request”.
- Your subscription will be activated on the app.
- The renewal will be recurring and automatic every month, on the same day.
For a fixed monthly fee, it is possible to use the selected subscription until the maximum monthly kWh threshold of the subscription denomination (500 kWh, 250 kWh, 100 kWh or 50 kWh) is reached.
The residual kWh in the current month cannot be accumulated and will be lost at the end of the rateplan.
When the maximum threshold is exceeded, before the monthly renewal of the subscription, the rate will automatically be set ‘pay-as-you-go’.
The subscription is activated on the moment of subscription and is automatically renewed every month. The subscription expires at 23:59 of the same day in the following month and the new one is activated at 00:00 of the following day.
The updated monthly threshold value can be consulted in the dedicated section of the Be Charge app.
It is possible to change your subscription, to proceed simply select the desired plan on the app and complete the purchase. The new subscription will be activated when your current one expires and will be deactivated. You will still be able to continue using the plan until it expires.
It is important that our charging stations allow everyone to recharge. Once you have finished recharging,regardless of the type of rate chosen (subscription, prepaid or pay-as-you-go), you will have 60 minutes of free parking to return to the charging station and start your car again. After this period we will charge an idle penalty: on Quick columns (AC up to 22kW) 0.05€/min (the fee does not apply in the 23-7 period) and on Fast, Fast+ and Ultrafast columns (DC from 50kW) 0.18€/min (H24).

Does the subscription renew even if the kWh is not finished?
Yes, the subscription is always renewed, even if not all the monthly kWh have been used.
How do I cancel my subscription?
To cancel the subscription, go to the ‘Profile’ section of the Be Charge app, select the active subscription and choose ‘Deactivate’. If you confirm your choice, the subscription will not be renewed the following month.
What happens to the leftover kWh in the event of cancellation?
In the event of cancellation, unused kWh will be lost at the end of the month.
Can I exercise my 'right of reconsideration'? How does it work?
Yes, it is possible to exercise the ‘right of reconsideration’ within 14 days of activation of the service. This right may be exercised by sending a notice to the support@bec.energy mailbox. In the event that the kWh included in the purchased subscription have been partially used, the related costs may be charged according to the consumption rates in force at the time of the recharges made, up to the time of deactivation.
